In this engaging activity, participants will be introduced to the basics of cheerleading, focusing on sharp motions, dynamic arm positions, and proper stance. They will then incorporate pom-poms into a choreographed dance routine, emphasizing rhythm, flow, and expressive movements. The activity begins with a warm-up session, including stretches and light cardio to prepare the body for movement. Next, participants will practice foundational motions such as high Vs, low Vs, T motions, and claps. They will then learn a short, upbeat routine combining these motions with pom-pom techniques. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our coaches will help you reach your full potential and have fun along the way.
